Following two years research and culinary experimentation, the project Can Eat Can't Eat ABC comprises a network of locations in the rural area surrounding a little piece of land. At each location we have found a reliable stock of edible plant and placed a wooden post holding a jamjar containing drawings identifying the plant and a recipe for using the plant. The project follows the format of an alphabet book and each location also includes information on an inedible plant with the same initial.
